APPLICATIONS OF OUR GUARANTEES

 

Article 1 : Start & duration

The warranty applies from the date of the purchase made by the first purchaser and extends until the end of the period mentioned on the final invoice of the acquisition of the equipment.

The duration of the warranty depends on the material acquired. Depending on the product our warranties can range from three (3) months to cins (5) years.


Article 2: Application of the guarantee
 

The commercial warranty on the products and services provided by HASCOR covers defects in parts and workmanship. Defective products are either replaced or repaired and all this until customer satisfaction.

The commercial guarantee on the products and services provided by HASCOR is without prejudice to your other legal and regulatory rights as a consumer.


Article 3: Exemptions
 

This warranty does not cover:

- periodic maintenance and repairs or replacements of parts as a result of normal wear and tear;

-  deterioration or defects of the product resulting from misuse or installation of the product (installation or use not in accordance with HASCOR's instructions or the technical or safety standards in force in Burkina Faso, etc.) or resulting from cases of force majeure, disaster (fire, flood, etc.), lightning, etc ...

-  improper handling or treatment of the product (false manoeuvre, fall, shocks, etc.) or an inappropriate environment (poor ventilation, vibrations, exposure to moisture, excessive heat, contact with sand or any other substance, inadequate power supply, etc.)

-  the use of the product with a product (hardware or software), consumable, accessory or device not compatible or defective,

-  a modification or repair of the product carried out by a foreign service provider and not approved by HASCOR.

For any warranty need or any need for assistance or service, the invoice for the purchase of the product must be presented with our completed warranty form with the date of purchase and a brief description of the problem.
