General terms and conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company HASCOR BURKINA SARL whose registered office is in Ouagadougou, registered in the trade and companies register BFOUA2020B2566, under the number IFU 00134548C... hereinafter referred to as " HASCOR BURKINA SARL " and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website " www.hascor.org " hereinafter referred to as " the buyer ".
Object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between HASCOR BURKINA SARL and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site of HASCOR BURKINA SARL., whether the buyer is professional or consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by HASCOR BURKINA SARL.
HASCOR BURKINA SARL reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier; the buyer may have access to the supplier's documentation.

Rates

Geographical area
The online sale of the products and services presented in the site is reserved for buyers who reside in Burkina Faso, in neighboring countries and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Commands
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or a service must obligatorily :
– fill in the identification form on which he will indicate all the contact details requested or give his customer number if he has one;
– fill in the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
– validate his order after having verified it;
– make the payment under the conditions laid down;
– confirm his order and payment.

The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.
Retraction
Buyers, non-professional natural persons, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Terms of payment
The price is due on order or delivery according to the method of payment chosen during the said order.
Payments will be made by credit card and in this case they will be made through the secure system PayPal which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in such a way that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can read it during transport on the network ; either by mobile money (Orange Money, Moov Money, Coris Money, ...), or in cash or by certified check on delivery and in this case the buyer will have to choose the method of payment on delivery during his order.
The buyer's account will only be debited when shipping the available products or services and only the amount of the products or services sent or downloaded.
At the request of the buyer, he will be sent an invoice on paper.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of HASCOR BURKINA SARL for deliveries made by a carrier other than HASCOR BURKINA SARL. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
Guarantee
All products supplied by HASCOR BURKINA SARL benefit from a minimum warranty of six (3) months. The duration of our warranties varies depending on the product and can range from three (3) months to five (5) years.
In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the address: contact@hascor.org, by post to the following address: 08 BP 11093, Ouagadougou 08 or directly to the registered office HASCOR BURKINA SARL within thirty days of delivery.
Responsibility
The seller, in the process of online sales, is bound only by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other involuntary problems.
Intellectual property
All elements of the HASCOR BURKINA SARL website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of HASCOR BURKINA SARL.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.

Archiving - Proof
HASCOR BURKINA SARL will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy.
The computerized records of HASCOR BURKINA SARL will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Dispute Resolution
These online sales conditions are subject to Burkinabe law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts of Ouagadougou, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claim.
