Our delivery conditions

1. Delivery time

An approximate delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment after your order has been accepted and approved. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to have your product delivered within the time frame offered during the business days at HASCOR following the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
Therefore, all our items in stock and available at the time of your order are delivered within 24 hours and at the latest within 72 hours.
If an item is out of stock at the time you order, we will notify you and in this case, depending on the item ordered, we will deliver within 48 hours and at the latest within 45 days.
Exceptionally, the delivery date may vary depending on the delivery location.

2. Places of delivery

The items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in BURKINA FASO. We also accept orders from customers from all countries who have their item delivered to an address in BURKINA FASO only. If you need us to deliver outside BURKINA FASO please send us an email explaining all your needs.

3. Delivery charges

Shipping costs depend on the amount of your order and the place of delivery. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. This is where the shipping cost will be displayed.
FREE SHIPPING
Any delivery in the city of Ouagadougou which amount exceeds 149.000Fcfa is free of charge to the place indicated by our customer.
Any delivery in any other city of BURKINA FASO other than Ouagadougou whose amount exceeds 499.000Fcfa is free of charge until the carrier's station in the city indicated by our customer.
DELIVERY CHARGES

For any delivery in the city whose amount is lower than 124.000Fcfa, the expenses are included between 1.000Fcfa and 5.000Fcfa according to the nature and the dimensions of the ordered articles.
For any delivery in the cities other than Ouagadougou whose amount is lower than 499.000Fcfa, the expenses are included between 10.000Fcfa and 30.000Fcfa according to the nature and the dimensions of the ordered articles.
Any delivery out of BURKINA FASO remains exceptional and the expenses will be only function of the country of delivery and the volume of the order.

4. Articles damaged during transport

HASCOR BURKINA undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services in the same condition as they were ordered and is therefore liable for any damage during delivery.
